We want you to love every purchase you make from Vidiar. If it’s not quite right, don’t worry — you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.

All tags should be intact, and the product should be in its original packaging.

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Once your request is approved, we’ll share:

The return address

A return shipping label (if applicable)

Instructions on how to send the item back

Exchanges
Want a different size or design? The fastest way is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original item for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Damages or Wrong Items
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
